Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy to achieve company goals.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and key partnerships to expand our reach and influence.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management, to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key players in the blockchain ecosystem, including technology providers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and business development team.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media to build brand awareness and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior business development or sales role within the blockchain or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
- Strong network within the blockchain and technology sectors.
