Job Description & Requirements
- Attending to site matters when a situation arises
- Able to work in non-shelter work environment
- Be on 24/7 Standby
- Close monitoring of construction work activities
- Carry out work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation
- Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure a safe work environment is met every time
- Liaising with various contractors on site matters
- Perform hands-on site work
- Provide onsite training
- Preparing & submitting reports for management
- Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly site report
- Prepare drawings using AutoCAD software
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects
- Responsible & ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work at the site
- Undertaking surveys
- Specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
