Responsibilities:
· Prepare and review letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other trade finance instruments.
· Manage the shipping documents for presentation under letter of credit
· Ensuring that all transactions are executed according to internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
· Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the trade finance process, including disputes over letters of credit, payment terms, and documentation.
· Ensuring timely processing of cargo payments and managing cash positions with the Banks
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of trade finance operations.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
· Minimum of 1 years of experience in trade finance within the banking or commodity trading industry, with a focus on oil trading.
· Understanding of international trade practices, Incoterms, and the regulatory landscape.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
