Job Scope:
- Conduct site surveys and interviews relating to architectural and mechanical & electrical (M&E) design of sport centres.
- Gather and evaluate feedback from project teams and operations teams related to sport facilities design under construction.
- Evaluate data collected and assist in formulating design solutions.
- Documentation and updating of design standards.
- Perform daily administrative roles including assisting in monthly design reviews and weekly team meetings.
Requirements:
- Background in Architecture and M&E related disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years working or research experience in built environment sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Positive, pro-active and good team player.
- Innovative with high degree of creativity to think outside the box and come up with novel ideas and solutions.
- Hands on and meticulous in his/her work and can deliver with tight deadlines.
- Able to cope in fast moving environment and work independently under minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skill, good problem-solving mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Passion to work in sports industry.

- Monday to Fridays, 9am to 6.30pm
