Job Responsibilities:
- To lead, manage and coordinate the project on its daily execution
- To check review project specifications and technical clarifications
- To prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
- To carry out project planning, design, project supervision and documentation
- Ensure updated drawings and shop drawings are used for construction
- To supervise and arrange inspection for construction works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters
- To ensure smooth progress of works and timely completion adhering to the master and detailed work programmes.
- To ensure compliance to all regulations, procedures and safe work practices at site for better quality of work
- Prepare project related reports as required by the Project Manager or Construction Manager
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree /Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board and BCA.
- Minimum 15 years working experience in building construction
- Knowledge on usage of Autocad & BIM
- Knowledge on structural steelworks would be an advantage
- Familiar in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Willingness to work with tasks assigned
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
