Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams, scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, and security management to ensure facilities' optimal functioning.
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.
- Plan and execute facility improvement projects for better efficiency and functionality.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management.
- Possesses a valid Fire Safety Manager certification
