The Job:
- To manage and maintain operational standards of the dedicated building services centre
- Prepare welcome pack for residents.
- To be first point of contact for walk-in residents
- Point out selected clauses of the Supply Agreement to the resident
- Guide customers to look out for the emergency and safety information in the support kit
The Requirements:
- Min Diploma Holder with 2-3 years relevant admin working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
