Contract: 6 months
Location: Redhill
Responsibilities
- Implement regional HR initiatives and participate in major HR projects.
- Align HR policies, tools, and processes with group standards.
- Review SEA payroll monthly to ensure compliance with statutory and employment law requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Compile monthly regional headcount and recruitment reports.
- Provide administrative support for all regional matters.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in HR and above
- At least 3 years working experience across HR functions
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in work across border and provide innovative HR practices
