- Provide efficient and effective sales administration and coordination to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Support Account Managers in preparing sales quotations in response to customer inquiries with attention to detail and thorough follow-up.
- Respond to customer requests for quotations and product information for new purchases or renewals of licenses/maintenance.
- Verify prices before submitting to the Purchaser to process Purchase Orders.
- Process Sales Orders for confirmed sales.
- Respond to customer requests regarding delivery and coordinate with the Operations team.
- Escalate maintenance or support issues reported by customers to the Operations team.
- Work closely with Account Managers to achieve sales performance goals.
- Gather information and support Account Managers in tender requirements, liaising with Suppliers and the Technical Solution Team.
- Follow up on tender progress and updates.
- Establish good relationships with customers to identify additional opportunities beyond the requested products, expanding business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned or as required by the company.
Requirements:
- With Diploma or Higher in related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in related working experience.
- Excellent communication skills
