Job Description
- Assist the Building Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Operate and adjust the Building Management System (BMS) to improve performance and address issues.
- Adjust and repair flush valve sensors.
- Identify and fix minor leaks and blockages promptly.
- Perform routine tasks such as oiling door hinges, repairing or replacing door handles and locks, checking window hinges, and applying sealants when necessary.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Facilities Management or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management, mechanical trades of ACMV, plumbing and sanitary.
- Experience and is hands on operation in building, M&E services.
- Experience in trouble shooting of breakdowns/faults and performing service recovery is necessary.
- Able to start work immediatetely or in short notice.
