Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operations Assistant (RMA) to join our team. This role involves managing the flow of after-sales units through our warehouse, overseeing stock control for return units and spare parts, and conducting repairs on various consumer appliances such as water purifiers, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, massage chairs, and vacuums. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Control the flow of after-sales units through the warehouse, ensuring efficient goods handling and movement.
  • Record and manage data on all return goods intended for the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) department.
  • Spare parts management and ownership
  • Manage repair timelines at the warehouse and uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Diagnose issues and determine root causes through troubleshooting techniques, and implement effective solution
  • Conduct repairs on various consumer homeware appliances to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work closely with the technical team on product improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in using Excel for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions.
  • Hands-on experience in repairs and familiarity with repair equipment.
  • Willingness and ability to work weekends, shifts, and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and perform daily repairs effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently with the technical team.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm
  • Location: 8 Pandan Crescent
