Job Responsibilities:
- Align designs according to corporate branding guidelines
- Ideate design ideas for marketing campaign concepts
- Develop video storyboards, photography mood boards and short videos
- Prepare appropriate working files for digital/print/production
- Handle marketing and promotions materials for the company including all collateral material
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure optimal delivery of thematic according to proposed designs
- See through the design work execution at offsite if required. Liaise with printers and suppliers to ensure production requirements are correct
- Assist in supporting other digital marketing initiatives (e.g. website updates)
- Partners with related operational departments as part of a project team providing design, conceptualization and solutions pertaining to deliverables.
- Support in events and happenings.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communications or equivalent
- At least 3 years of design agency experience
- Must have strong design and conceptual ability
- Adept at a variety of design projects, such as branding, print and digital advertising, company literature, social media, events, websites, etc.
- Experience of ATL/BTL promotional/tactical design work and good knowledge in Print Production & Color management skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator) and MS Office on MAC platform
- Sketching/digital drawing skills and Video production and editing skills would be advantage
- Able to multi-task in fast-paced environment and respond quickly to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team
