Responsibilities
- Lead the Fulfillment Team and coordinate operations across drivers, third-party logistics fleets, packers, etc.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards.
- Maintain a high punctuality rating and customer delivery rating (both >95% positive) with zero defects.
- Ensure that fulfillment costs are kept within target.
- Hire, onboard, and train team members to meet operational needs.
- Manage the procurement, inventory tracking, and management of packaging supplies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive high-impact team outcomes.
- Work closely with other teams (e.g. Sales, Production, Marketing) to continuously improve processes and support new initiatives.
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience managing large teams, ideally 25 +
- Proficient with technology to handle multiple internal and external systems.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
