Job Responsibilities:
Human Resource Planning (HRP):
- Conduct workforce analysis to identify current and future talent needs.
- Develop and implement HR forecasting models to predict labor supply and demand.
- Create succession plans to ensure business continuity and talent pipeline development.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Leadership Development and Development (LDD):
- Develop and implement comprehensive leadership development programs.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
- Coach and mentor emerging leaders.
- Oversee performance management processes and talent reviews.
Payroll and Compensation:
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
- Manage compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources with a strong focus on HRP, LDD, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
