Deputy Human Resource Director

Job Responsibilities:


Human Resource Planning (HRP):

  • Conduct workforce analysis to identify current and future talent needs.
  • Develop and implement HR forecasting models to predict labor supply and demand.
  • Create succession plans to ensure business continuity and talent pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

Leadership Development and Development (LDD):

  • Develop and implement comprehensive leadership development programs.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
  • Coach and mentor emerging leaders.
  • Oversee performance management processes and talent reviews.

Payroll and Compensation:

  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
  • Manage compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources with a strong focus on HRP, LDD, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
