Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies of our medical devices, such as injectables, to meet sales targets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the advantages and features of our medical aesthetic products.
- Provide detailed product information to clients, including instructions for use and safety guidelines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to generate leads and grow our customer network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt delivery of products and address any customer issues.
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a sales representative in the medical sector.
- Genuine interest in medical aesthetic products, including their applications, benefits, and potential side effects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain robust relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
