- Position : Shipping Assistant/Coordinator (Freight Forwarding/Air/Sea) – Up to $3,500
- Location : East – Changi
- Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | Alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic of $3,500 + Variable Bonus + Performance Incentives + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Birthday Leave + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customer or agents for the air freight / sea freight operation and customer service matters
- Support / co-ordinate with customer service team and sales team in searching for the contractor’s cost for trucking / shipping liners / airliners etc.
- Complete documentations including billing invoice.
- Full operations handling on Air & Ocean freight’s import / export
- Input all the air freight / sea freight shipments data / billing into Operational System
- Assist sales team with operations and quotations
- Complete documentations and operations on Air & Ocean freight, such as permit application, shipment data, billing and other operations.
Requirements:
- Minimally O Level with at least one year of experience in freight forwarding industry.
- Able to work independently.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with colleagues who can only speak in mandarin
