Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions:

1. Perform cost comparison and contracts administration.
2. Request quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
3. Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
4. Prepare and submit progress claim, identify variation Orders, final accounts and sub-contractor’s payments.
5. Prepare tender documents and submission.
6. Ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

1. 3 years and above experience as QS preferably with local civil engineering experience
2. Knowledge in PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS/LTA or HDB regulations
3. Degree / Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
5. Able to work independently, good team player with problem solving skills & able to meet the timeline provided.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
