Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Referral System Specialist for a 1-month contract to set up and implement a referral system using a paid referral software. This system will help us manage and reward our partners who refer customers to us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and select the most suitable referral software for our needs.
- Set up and configure the referral software according to our requirements.
- Design and implement a user-friendly referral program to manage partner referrals and rewards.
- Integrate the referral system with our existing customer relationship management (CRM) system and website.
- Train our staff on how to use the referral system effectively.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
- Develop a comprehensive guide and documentation for the referral system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in setting up and implementing referral systems using paid referral software.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with various referral software options.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to train and support our team.
- Prior experience in the moving or logistics industry is a plus.
