We are looking for a dedicated QHSE Executive to join our team and help us maintain and enhance our safety and quality practices.
Position Overview:
The QHSE Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, and maintain QHSE management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular QHSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and support on QHSE policies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with MOM and international regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and certification bodies on QHSE matters.
- Participate in emergency response planning and coordinate drills.
- Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain records of all QHSE-related activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in a QHSE role, preferably in the maritime or oil & gas industry.
- Knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in QHSE management systems and tools.
