JOB SCOPE:
1. Maintain general cleanliness of equipment & work areas in the Food
Lab. to ensure clean and hygenic condition for teaching and learning.
2. Assist Teachers in preparing ingredients for lessons e.g. mincing of
meat, measure and apportion ingredients, etc.
3. Keep stock of ingredients in Food Lab to ensure sufficient supplies
for teaching and learning.
4. Cleaning of workbenches and sinks, sweeping and mopping of floors,
clearing of rubbish, etc.
6. Support cooking programs If any that take place in the Food Lab.
5. Any other relevant duties as assigned by the School supervisors and
leaders.
QUALIFICATION:
a. Basic certifications relating to food preparation and food safety.
b. Proficient in English as a medium of verbal and written communication
c. Relevant experience in culinary and food preparation, etc.
d. Have experience in managing Lab. inventories in school.
