Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and development teams, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment plans.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and industry trends, continuously improving the architecture and processes.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a minimum of 10 years in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with data modeling, data migration, and data integration techniques.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, such as Jenkins and Git.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with other CRM platforms and integration tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
