Job Description:
Dixmondsg is seeking a dynamic and multifaceted Graphic Designer Cum Photographer to join our team. This role combines expertise in graphic design with hands-on photography skills to create visually compelling content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both graphic design and photography, with a proven ability to execute high-quality visual content and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Experience in website design is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Develop and design creative collaterals for marketing campaigns, including digital and print assets such as social media visuals, promotional materials, and advertisements.
- Photography: Capture and produce high-quality photographic content for projects, including product shoots, events, and lifestyle imagery.
- Videography & Editing: Produce and edit videos for social media and marketing purposes, ensuring they are visually engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Equipment & Props Management: Prepare and manage photography equipment and props, ensuring everything is in working order and ready for shoots.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with internal teams to participate in conceptual discussions and contribute to the creative process.
- Independent Projects: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and photography.
- Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work.
- Photography Skills: Expertise in shooting, lighting, and editing photographs, with a solid portfolio demonstrating a range of photographic styles and techniques.
- Videography: Experience in video production and editing, with knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and a keen eye for visual details in both design and photography.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and innovatively, pushing boundaries to produce unique and effective visual content.
