Job Description:
To support the Corporate Development team in driving strategic development, partnerships, and organisational development initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Development of minutes of meetings, and support of other secretariat-related work (including organisation of such meetings).
2. Creation of strategic communication materials.
3. Able to commit working till end of contract. Please indicate travel plans (if any).
Requirements:
1. Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Have experience in minutes writing (listening and taking down notes)
Educational and Professional Requirements:
1. GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma holder
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
