Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to after-sales engineers.
- Managing the service team to ensure the quality delivery of the machines and the proper maintenance of the machines.
- Provide regular feedback and periodic operations reviews with clients to optimize product quality.
- Communicate with engineers, ensuring compliance with all procedures including documentation
- Attend and prepare documents for audit by customers and the HQ
- Any other duties assigned by the Director
Qualification/Experience:
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of machinery product development and engineering principles.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a technical and service team.
- Project Management: Proven project management skills, with experience managing cranes, excavators and other road machineries optimization projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical initiatives with business goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.
- Educational Background: Typically holds a degree in the field of technical science, engineering, or a related field.
