As an Art Studio Manager, you must understand the business objectives and the importance of providing good customer service.
Responsibilities:
Roles as an Art Teacher:
- Planning lessons on art and art history in accordance with students' learning objectives
- Prepare the classroom, gather and set up equipment
- Developing students' drawing, coloring and painting techniques
- Providing instruction on the use of media such as graphite and charcoal pencils as well as oil, acrylic and watercolor paint
- Ensure the classroom is clean after every lesson
- Recording and reporting on students' progress
- Provide guidance, counselling and discipline necessary to encourage students to exceed standards of achievement
- Maintains current and accurate records according to company policy
Roles as an Art Studio Manager:
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team on daily activities and special programs
- Develop new sales continuously to hit sales target
- Oversee and supervise all Art Studios
- To plan and implement the storage of student's artwork
Requirements:
- Fine Art related working experience is preferred
- Passionate in Art Education
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
