Job Description:
· Plans and manages master production schedules (MPS) to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize company’s productive capacity.
· Daily update and follow up with production personnel to ensure production progress are in time and able to resolve issues with a strong sense of urgency.
· Receives and reviews sales orders against current requirements.
· Understand BOM (Bill of material) and prepare the details to production manager.
· Identify potential risks on material, such as shortages, transportation delays, or quality issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, procurement, logistic, warehouse, quality department to align production plans with effective business goal.
· Handle daily raw material replenishment to support customer orders and forecast. Review and expedite raw material to support surge in demand.
· Work closely with the production manager and purchaser to ensure materials, manpower and machine capacity are available according to the production schedule.
· Provide regular updates on shipment status to production team and address any concerns or issues promptly.
· Obtain output information٫ including number of finished products٫ percentage of defectives and yield rate for each campaign.
·Understand Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to forecast material needs accurately, ensuring there are no bottlenecks in the supply chain.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least O Level in any field.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
· Previous experience working in the food manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
· Bilingual in English & Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates.
· Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
· Good problem solving and team player.
· Candidates with experience in Autocount system will be prioritized
