Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the pet daycare and boarding facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, and to maintain high standards of care and safety.
- Manage and lead a team of pet handlers and other staff members, providing training, guidance, and support.
- Monitor and manage facility maintenance, cleanliness, and inventory of supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of pet care, attendance, and other relevant data.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with departments to promote services and attract new clients.
