1 Year contract basis (with opportunity to convert to perm)

IT Product Manager to lead specific digital product solutions and act as a bridge between business requirements and technological solutions, shaping and implementing strategies to address user needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Roadmap Management:
• Develop and sustain the product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Oversee the product backlog, ensuring its relevance and prioritization over time.
• Aid in defining the value proposition, orchestrating the product team, and managing changes with users and stakeholders.
• Strategic Contributions:
  • Collaborate with the direct manager, architects, and other product managers to establish the product roadmap.
  • Work with managers and architects to align business capabilities and IT Master Plan with the product vision and roadmap, ensuring business alignment.
• Product and Project Delivery:
  • Identify and engage with current and potential business stakeholders, ensuring their involvement in projects affecting the product.
  • Assist in scoping projects by gathering requirements, evaluating market trends, and assessing impacts on the product and roadmap.
  • Evaluate and challenge requirements to prioritize effectively, aiming to maximize product value.
  • Lead the definition and assessment of value cases, including expected benefits, KPIs, and success factors for projects impacting the product, ensuring business approval.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders (e.g., Platform Managers, Product Managers, Architects) to estimate feasibility, timeline, complexity, risk, and resource needs.
  • Direct the development and selection of use cases and solution scenarios.
  • Determine the optimal project setup for the product team, including resource requirements.
  • Participate in retrospectives and demos related to the product.
  • Assist in change management processes, including the handover to operations and support teams.
  • Maintain and create comprehensive product documentation.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over eight (8) years of relevant experience in digital solutions in an IT environment
• Experience working in an agile setting.
• Background in User Experience methodologies.
• Proficient in Business Analysis.
• Technically adept with a keen interest in Digital and Information Technologies.
• Familiar with technologies such as Web/Java-J2EE, Oracle/PostgreSQL, etc.
