We are recruiting highly motivated and skilled Fitness Trainers / Coaches / Instructors to deliver exceptional training experiences at BFT Studio.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct group fitness classes following the BFT methodology and standards.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Motivate and inspire clients, fostering a positive and supportive training environment.
- Monitor clients' progress, track achievements, and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working order.
- Stay up to date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments related to BFT.
- Able to promote BFT and attract potential members to sign up
Requirements:
- Full-time / Part Time position
- Possess minimum ‘O’ level qualifications.
- Certification in fitness training, such as ACE/ NCSF/ NASM/ FIC/ FISAF.
- CPR/ AED Certified.
- Proven experience as a fitness trainer, preferably with expertise in Body Fit Training (BFT) or similar high-intensity training programs.
- Ability to operate computer software systems & social media (IG/ Facebook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness principles.
- Passion for fitness and the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to adapt training programs.
- Team-oriented personality.
- Confidence in conducting group fitness training.
- Sales Experience
