Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensure that the design and construction works comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations and practices
• Responsible for daily on-site technical matters
• Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation, variation agreements and tender submission
• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan to ensure target milestone is met
• Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including subcontract works, maintenance, safety and quality control
• Support in quantity take offs, estimation, cost planning, sourcing sub contractors, forecast budget
• Regular site inspection & upkeep site record including preparation of master schedule and cost control
• Arranged the Payment process for any Invoice relating to the contract and
Liaising with Finance for Payment.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)
Requirements
• Experience in construction projects
• Good communication skills and positive working attitude
• Minimum of 6 years working experience in the related field
• To work on site to support projects
• 5.5 days work week
