Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled PMO Lead with a strong management consulting background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise programs and be adept at working with senior leadership, including C-Suite executives. This role requires excellent communication skills, particularly in creating compelling presentations and managing diverse, geographically distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Lead and manage large-scale enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee a program team of approximately 50 members, spread across different geographies and time zones.
- Ensure successful onboarding and offboarding of resources.
- Communication & Presentation:
- Develop high-quality presentations (PPT) that effectively communicate program status, issues, and solutions to senior leadership.
- Articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly and concisely to C-Suite executives.
- Collaboration & Tools:
- Utilize collaboration tools and office productivity tools to enhance team efficiency and communication.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging creative and analytical problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with senior leadership to understand program objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Process Management:
- Implement and manage effective processes for onboarding and offboarding resources.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Sector Experience:
- Leverage experience in the financial and banking sectors to drive program success.
- Apply knowledge of development and integration projects to inform program management practices.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management.
- Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation within the PMO.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise programs.
- Proven track record of working with senior leadership (C-Suite).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Slack) and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong capability in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Sector Experience:
- Experience in the financial and banking sector is highly advantageous.
- Experience with development and integration projects is a plus.
