Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full-scale project plans.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff.
- Manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Plan and schedule project timelines.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Project evaluations and assessment of results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the marketing technology or related industry.
- Direct work experience in project management capacity.
- Coordinate project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and analysts, to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and documentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client account strategies to achieve business goals
