Overview: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Trainer to develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum on Social Media and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both fields and possess the ability to independently create engaging and informative course content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a structured curriculum covering Social Media and AI topics.
Create lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
Conduct training sessions both in-person and online.
Assess the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Social Media and AI.
Customize the training approach to meet the needs of different learning styles.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the curriculum aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Social Media management and Artificial Intelligence.
Excellent knowledge of current Social Media platforms, tools, and strategies.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and their applications.
Prior experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
A Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) Certificate in the Training and Adult Education Framework is a plus.
