Job scope :
- Approach and understand clients' recruitment needs and performing full cycle of recruitment activities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including understanding hiring requirements from the client, sourcing of candidates, presenting of suitable candidate, interview and offer management
- Provide exceptional services to clients in terms of speed and quality of suitable candidates.
- Identify new business opportunities and secure new clients by promoting the firm's recruitment services
- Responsible to attain individual goals and financial targets RequirementsDiploma/Degree in any discipline Holder of CEI (Basic)
- At least 3 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably specializing in corporate functions and techinical recruitment
- Adaptable with in working in a flexible, multi-skilled team environment
