Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and manage product suite focused on KYC, KYB, UBO, AML, and Monitoring solutions.
• Enhance and maintain company's primary portal.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with product team.
• Gather user feedback, identify opportunities, and improve user experience.
• Develop and present product documentation, support user engagement, and drive revenue.
• Understand user and market needs, and analyze competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy.
• Drive product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality delivery.
• Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data.
• Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features.
• Work with engineering teams for timely product delivery.
• Define and track product metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and messaging.
• Act as product evangelist, presenting product features to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating and launching successful products.
• 2 - 5 years of product management experience.
• Strong advocate for user-centered, data-driven product design.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, HubSpot).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Experience with SaaS solutions in KYB/UBO market.
• Proficiency in agile and scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility.
• Creative thinking and passion for customer experience.
