- Adhere to our grooming standards at all times.
- Welcomes and greets guests (by name if known) always in a warm and friendly manner.
- Ensures daily smooth operation of driveway, hotel entrance and guest elevators.
- Ensures sufficient storage of guest luggage and deliveries in the appropriate storage areas.
- Ensures daily delivery of all guest newspapers while taking into account minimal wastage and cost control.
- Ensure that all arriving & departing guests are correctly addressed and made to feel welcomed / thanked for choosing Dao By Dorsett.
- Maintains neat and tidy driveway, hotel entrance, elevators and also the luggage storage room.
- Keeps personally updated on current events in Singapore.
- Ensures daily guest request is being met and follows-up on daily request and complaint.
- Promptly deliver and retrieve guest luggage, deliveries and messages.
- Maintains good relationship with all taxi, coach and travel companies.
- Any other duties as directed.
