The CTC Graduate Program is a 1-year fast-track program for talents to accelerate their career path in IT fields and set them on their way to a successful future. During the program, you can expect to receive Technical and Soft skill Training Sponsorship, On-the-job Training, Real-life Project Involvement, Knowledge Sharing, and Mentorship.
IT Infrastructure
Graduates will acquire skills for implementing and supporting server systems, network infrastructure and virtual environments, as well as cyber security solutions depending on the pathway selected
5 Pathways available:
Project Implementation (Systems, Network & Cybersecurity)
- Responsible for the implementation, installation of network and systems infrastructure
- Design and implement technical solutions relating to cybersecurity
- Assist the pre-sales team in building innovative solutions by building Proof of Concept environment within CTC Innovation Center
Project Implementation (Systems & Virtual Environment)
- Responsible for the implementation, design, installation, configuration, management of systems infrastructure and virtual environments
- Assist the pre-sales team in building innovative solutions by building Proof of Concept environment within CTC Innovation Center
Systems (Linux or Wintel)
- Responsible for the implementation, installation, testing, managing, and maintenance of servers and operating sysyems
- Provide operational and technical support to customers to ensure stability and optimisation of the systems
Database
- Perform installation and configuration of database management systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
- Configure database settings to meet the specific needs of the organization, including setting up database parameters, storage structures, and user access
- Monitor database performance and perform maintenance to ensure optimal operation
- Maintain documentation of database configurations, procedures, policies, and troubleshooting steps and generate regular reports on database incidents, and maintenance activities
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in an IT-related field with up to 3 years of full-time work experience are welcome to apply
- Strong Interest and good level of IT literacy
- Good communication skills, adaptable, proactive attitude to learn
