Our client, a leading Multinational American Technology company, is in search of a seasoned and perceptive professional to oversee, direct, and assess various marketing and product adoption initiatives led by our client's global programs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Communications to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of marketing programs for advertisers and agencies.
- Lead cross-functional projects, coordinating with internal teams to track stakeholder-dependent readiness, report milestones, manage risks, and handle issue escalation as needed.
- Predict and address potential roadblocks, balance business goals with technical and operational limitations, and mediate between stakeholder groups to resolve issues.
- Oversee information flow and processes, including status updates to executives, handling escalations and mitigations, and managing documentation.
- Engage with internal teams to promote and educate on available programs, opportunities, and resources.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to evaluate program ROI, measure effectiveness, and generate insights to refine or enhance existing processes.
- Efficiently manage complex projects across program management, engineering, product, and marketing departments.
- Create and tailor program materials, communications, and collateral for diverse stakeholders, audiences, channels, and markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar field
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate these priorities effectively to leadership and stakeholders across different functions and locations.
- Strong operational expertise, adept at uniting teams and functions to boost efficiency.
- Experience working with global teams across various time zones and understanding regional differences; previous global activation experience is advantageous.
- Experience in managing budgets for both specific initiatives and larger-scale projects.
- Proficient in software tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
- Comfortable with data analysis, including learning new software to generate actionable reports.
- Capable of creating compelling presentations and communication materials for both internal and external audiences.
- Previous experience in marketing programs or sales is preferred.
- Open to 8 month contract role
