Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the general ledger, performing monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices in accounting and reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with financial guidelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting, general ledger management, and reconciliation to inform strategic financial planning and risk management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on full set of accounts, general ledger management, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as ERP (Synergix) is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and excellence in financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
