Requirements

  • Fresh Grad is welcoming, will provide training.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of the livestreaming process and program content, adept to plans and adjusting livestream sessions based on real-time situations.
  • Familiar in set up and handling livestream equipment, able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Good contingency response, able to promptly address unexpected situation and implement effective solutions.
  • Capable in team management, able to coordinate and collaborate the operations during livestreaming sessions.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for the daily operation and livestream operation, including designing live marketing strategies, planning live scripts, marketing rhetoric, etc., and leading the team to implement the live plan.
  • Regularly analyze back-end data indicators, product selection strategies, live script planning schemes, etc., to increase live sales.
  • Support the host in preparing the materials before the livestream session.
  • Facilitate the operations during livestream session, handle and follow-up live data, analyze data for optimization and planning.
  • Develop livestream strategy and execution plan to boost GMV during livestream.
  • Stay attuned to trends in the industry, conduct timely and accurate research, monitor and analyze data, and propose countermeasures/strategies.
  • Conduct regular analysis and summarization, scrutinize background data indicators, make real-time adjustments to the livestream session, optimize the effectiveness of livestream session, propose solutions and recommendations.
