Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our client team a logistics company in the West. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system
- Assist in coordinating logistics and transportation services for customers
- Provide support in administrative tasks, such as generating reports and preparing documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team initiatives
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of maritime industry processes and terminology is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
