YOUR MISSION _________

 

Drive Excellence in Visual Merchandising

POS Materials

  • Achieve high visual merchandising standards across all touchpoints within SEA Counters.
  • Responsible for launch update – ensure timely set up and high execution standard across counters.
  • Maintain planogram database for all S.E.A counters
  • VM Education: Guide teams in achieving the most qualitative and consistent in store presentation.
  • Development / validate comprehensive VM guideline for field’s execution  
  • Act in alignment to the organization’s business objective & to propose relevant ideas to support
  • Orientate monthly counter photo reporting between RM & VM Team

 

Forecast & Inventory Management

  • Responsible for Novelty POSM forecast and allocation.
  • Manage Basic POSM order requests from various stakeholders (RMs, field Team, field observation, maintenance, new counters openings etc.)

 

Counter Opening and Upgrades

  • Develop VM guidelines for new / counter renovations, in accordance with Region’s assortment
  • Participate in real estate design discussions, collaborate with Retail & Architects to generate optimized store layouts
  • Provide solutions for Temporary counter while upholding brand equity & budgets.
  • Maintain effective communication between key stake holders and contractors.

 

Trade Planning & Execution

  • Work with area manager on animation strategy and plan full year trade calendar for region
  • Lead discussions with retail teams to streamline retail-tainment concepts and execution
  • Collaborate with regional team to ensure design adheres to brand principles
  • Coach and guide trade executive on event conceptualization based on animation strategy, and to oversee design and production
  • Guide trade executive on external stakeholder liaison eg. retailers for animation bookings and coordination, event agency management
  • Work with trade executive on post event reporting – consolidate photos, sales results, feedback for internal evaluation
  • Be jointly accountable with RMs on sales performance and ROI of trade events

 

Budget Management

  • Maintain effective budget management across P&L lines - F24/F26/G25/G26/F23
  • Work closely with Area Manager and Finance to ensure budget utilization is within control.

 

E-Retail

  • Accountable to grow e-comm sales, market share and ranking as well as increase e-comm business share to Total Dior
  • To build accelerate on all visibility & touchpoints on e-corners to reinforce brand image.
  • Manage product assortment and drive online store mechanics for Dior e-retail corners in SEA
  • Drive direct retailer relationships and to identify new e-retail opportunities with retailers
  • Negotiation of digital animation plans with retailers
  • Garner and analyze market & consumer data to present actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with Regional Digital team for proposal of launch marketing plan and e-retail activations.
  • Collaborate with Regional Digital team to develop and implement a seamless omnichannel for S.E.A.
  • Site content review – site monitoring of E commerce and Competitor status

 

Traveling Requirements: 20-30% (Depending on Travel restrictions)
