Reporting to Director/ SCM/ CM, the Programme Executive (Community Wellness Intervention System (CWIS)) for elderly and caregivers in the community is assigned to do the following job duties:
Job Duties:
Candidate must be able to conduct relevant research and design of programmes & activities. He/ she must be able to train staffs, volunteers, seniors and caregivers.
(1) Integration of Dementia Mental Health Screening Tools with existing Health Coaching Mobile Tools into our services
(2) Customisation of Health Coaching Mobile Tools for Knowledge Based of Health, Mental Health and Self-Care. (3) Deployment and Maintenance of the Tools throughout the project for our services
(4) Gathering users feedback from the programme of the new serices
Other Duties
· Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Director/ SCM/ CM
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector
· At least 1 year of experience of conducting research, evaluating and implementing programmes & training
· Ability to detect dementia and elevated stress among seniors
· Enjoy working with seniors and volunteers
. Proficient in Microsoft Office·
. Good writting skills
· Good problem solving skills
· Good interpersonal skills, a team player, yet able to work independently
. Resourceful & Detailed Oriented
