RESPONSIBILITIES
- Programme Development & Event Coordination
- Manage logistics and administrative tasks for innovation and entrepreneurship programmes, including marketing, scheduling, and resource management.
- Develop and manage programme/ event planning timelines, ensuring milestones are met effectively including and not limited to community/ networking. events, team rejuvenation day.
- Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns to raise programme awareness.
- Manage event operations, including venue selection, catering, and participant registration.
- Ensure effective operations in compliance with university policies.
- Monitor, review and analyse programme performance regularly for management reporting.
- Manage and track programme budget and utilisation.
- Stakeholder Management and Engagement
- Identify and partner with internal and external stakeholders relevant to various initiatives, including but not limited to student leaders, faculty, investors, sponsors, universities and corporate partners e.g. internship facilitation.
- Coordinate communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed and engaged prior to and throughout the programme/ competition cycle.
- Support partnership initiatives through the development/ co-creation of proposals with ecosystem players keeping in mind strategic opportunities for IIE and SMU.
- Develop reports and communicate strategy and plans to internal stakeholders, including regularly presenting proposals and performance updates.
- Keep up to date on developments in Singapore and across the region, including innovation & entrepreneurship related policy developments and to highlight the impact and opportunities.
- University degree in areas such as education, business, and/ or related fields preferred.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply. More qualified candidates can be considered for a more senior job title.

- Up to date with industry trends in the innovation and entrepreneurship eco-system.
- Deep knowledge and network in the local & SE Asia innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem will be viewed favorably.
