Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. In charge of Group’s fleet of 90 vehicles (vans and lorries)

2. Liaise with ops to ensure all inspections are done on time

3. Ensure all road tax is paid on time

4. Advise Business Heads on cost implications of replacing old vehicles

5. Obtaining quotations for scrap, rental or purchase; negotiate and liaise with vendors

6. Maintain accurate tracking sheet of vehicles, driver info, road tax and COE expiry

7. Manage peripherals regarding vehicles such as GPS tracking devices and in-vehicle cameras

8. Manage Heavy Vehicle Parking applications and renewals when necessary

9. Collate all fuel-consumption records and record them accurately for tracking purposes

10. Assist Admin Team with any other duties as required eg. helping out with events, manning reception counter when necessary

11. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management.

Minimum Requirements

a. Minimum 1 year working experience

b. Must have at least 6 months’ experience handling company vehicles

c. Must be a self-starter, and willing to use all resources available to learn the jobscope independently

d. Must have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability

e. Possess strong organization and planning skills

f. Possess strong oral and written communication skills
