Customer Service Executive ( Logistic)
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,100.00 per month

Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Company transport to/from Jurong East MRT
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system
Assist in coordinating logistics and transportation services for customers
Provide support in administrative tasks, such as generating reports and preparing documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team initiatives
Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of maritime industry processes and terminology is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
