Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging and shareable content (posts, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, audience engagement, and feedback.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Assist in analyzing social media metrics and performance to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Support the planning and execution of social media contests, giveaways, and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field from a Polytechnic or University.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual content.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
