• Position Title: Production and Operations Executive (Events)
• Working Location: Nearest MRT – Tiong Bahru
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6.30 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,400 + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production and operations team to plan and coordinate various events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Manage all production requirements for events, including securing necessary permits and licenses.
• Source vendors and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and materials.
• Oversee project operations from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up, ensuring smooth execution at all stages.
• Provide on-site setup assistance and manage event operations to ensure all elements are executed according to plan.
• Proactively address and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events, ensuring any problems are resolved promptly to minimize impact.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience and knowledge in set construction requirements for events and exhibitions
• Ability to understand AutoCAD layout and technical production plans
