- Position Title: Sales/Account Executive (IT Business Solutions)
- Working Location: Redhill (Nearest MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out and engage in new business development opportunities.
- Perform cold calling to secure appointments with potential clients.
- Enhance and maintain relationships with existing clients to guarantee satisfaction and foster repeat engagements.
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Provide tailored sales quotations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, establish terms, and conclude sales deals.
- Set and achieve sales goals by forecasting effectively.
- Offer continual support, information, and guidance to clients.
- Regularly review and strive to meet or surpass sales targets.
- Foster and enhance partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies defined by the Sales Manager, focusing on repeat business and up-selling.
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to meet client requirements.
- Manage and update the customer, partners, and suppliers' database as needed.
- Document and report on the status of all queries monthly as required by the sales manager.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

- With at least 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Candidates without sales experience but with at least 2 years of project coordinator experience will also be considered
- Candidates with Business ERP, Enterprise Retail Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure and/or Security Solutions experience will be advantageous
