Job Scope:
We are looking for an ideal candidate for the following tasks:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Manage mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships in various countries.
- Administer company records, prepare reports and presentations, organize meetings, and arrange travel and accommodation.
- Carry out various administration and office management tasks.
Your aim will be to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Job Requirements:
- Team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsible and independent.
- Competent in IT and MS Office Applications.
